Bookings - A deposit of 50% of the tariff is required to secure a booking and the balance is to be paid on arrival. For bookings of one-night, full payment in advance is required.
Payment - Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard, Amex and Diners or electronic funds transfer. Cheques will only be accepted if there is sufficient time for clearance prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy - A refund of the deposit will be given as follows: Up to 30 days, a the full deposit will be returned, less any applicable fees or charges. Up to and including 14 days prior, 50% of the deposit will be returned, less any applicable fees or charges. Cancellations of less than 14 days or non-arrival of guests, no refund will be given.
